California High School Football - St. John Bosco knocks off St. Paul
(October 3, 2008: Bellflower, CA 90706) The
St. John Bosco Braves football squad scored 37 points and limited the visiting
St. Paul Swordsmen to 10 in the Braves non-league triumph on Friday.
The Braves (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against
Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Eagles come into the
Trinity challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge,
Santa Margarita was beaten by
Chaparral (Temecula, CA),
42-31, in a non-league challenge.
The Swordsmen now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host
Pioneer for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10.
St. Paul will meet a Titans team coming off a
27-0 non-league win over
Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Titans record now stands at 1-3.
