(February 7, 2012: Redondo Beach, CA 90277) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) and the host Redondo Union Sea Hawks (Redondo Beach, CA), saw Palos Verdes's basketball squad knock off Redondo Union by a score of 46-34.
With the victory, Palos Verdes improves its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Sea Kings host Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a Bay challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 12-15. Mira Costa lost 44-41 in their recent league challenge against Palos Verdes Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA)
Next up, the Sea Hawks battle the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) in a Bay challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Redondo Union will attempt to improve on its 12-14 season record. The Olympians come into the challenge with a 3-13 record after their 75-32 league loss to West (Torrance, CA).
