Aldine Mustangs (Houston, TX) basketball nipped the visiting
Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX),
49-42 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (10-3) will now prepare for their test against
Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Eagles go into the
5A Region III District 19 test with a 12-3 record. In their last test,
Eisenhower got by
Nimitz (Houston, TX),
60-55, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Nimitz for a
5A Region III District 19 outing on Wednesday, December 12.
Eisenhower will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a
56-49 non-league loss to
Klein Collins (Spring, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-5.
