(December 6, 2011: Knippa, TX 78870) In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX), by a count of 54-28.

The Crushers (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Leakey (Leakey, TX). The Eagles go into the 1A-2 Region IV District 31 outing with a 2-1 record.

The Tigers now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sabinal for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. Brackett will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 41-28 non-league win over Medina (Medina, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-3.
