Ohio High School Basketball - Tri-Village overwhelms Dixie

(January 30, 2012: New Lebanon, OH 45345) Spectators at Monday's non-league test between the Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) and the host Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), witnessed Tri-Village's basketball squad crush Dixie by a margin of 87-38.

The Patriots (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Mississinawa Valley (Union City, OH). The Blackhawks go into the Cross County test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Mississinawa Valley walloped Union (Modoc, IN), 53-31, in a non-league test.

The Greyhounds now own a 2-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Groveport-Madison for a non-league test on Thursday, February 2. Dixie will clash with a Cruisers squad coming off a 47-29 non-league loss to Central Crossing (Grove City, OH). The Cruisers record now stands at 1-15.
