(November 18, 2011: Lubbock, TX 79413) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Loop Longhorns (Loop, TX) and the host Christ the King Cathedral Trojans (Lubbock, TX), saw Loop's basketball squad trounce Christ the King Cathedral by a score of 45-9.

With the victory, Loop improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Wellman-Union (Wellman, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 19. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Wellman-Union won 29-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Cotton Center (Cotton Center, TX)
