Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) basketball felled the visiting
Madison Southern Eagles (Berea, KY),
73-57 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Yellowjackets (3-0) will now prepare for their test against
Frankfort (Frankfort, KY). The Panthers go into the
District 41 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test,
Frankfort went down by
Sayre (Lexington, KY),
39-30, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Garrard County for a non-league test on Friday, December 7.
Madison Southern will clash with a Golden Lions squad coming off a
67-53 non-league win over
Burgin (Burgin, KY). The Golden Lions record now stands at 2-1.
