California High School Basketball - Bellflower thwarts Glenn

(February 7, 2012: Norwalk, CA 90650) The Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) basketball felled the host Glenn Eagles (Norwalk, CA), 39-27 in Tuesday's league test.

The Buccaneers (4-22) will now prepare for their test against Mayfair (Lakewood, CA). The Monsoons go into the Suburban test with a 15-9 record. In their last test, Mayfair defeated Cerritos (Cerritos, CA), 64-63, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 3-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Artesia for a Suburban test on Friday, February 10. Glenn will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 55-28 league loss to Mayfair (Lakewood, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 10-16.
