(April 8, 2011: Daytona Beach, FL 32114) Orangewood Christian Rams (Maitland, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Father Lopez Green Waves (Daytona Beach, FL), 13-3 in a league test.

With the win, Orangewood Christian upgrades its record to 20-1 on the season. The Rams host Wekiva (Apopka, FL) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 12. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 14-3. Wekiva won 15-10 in their recent non-league battle against Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL)

The Green Waves now possess a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Dora Bible for a 2A District 7 battle on Saturday, April 9. Father Lopez will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Warner Christian (South Daytona, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-3.
