Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX) basketball crushed the visiting
Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns (Hamshire, TX),
83-40 in Friday's league test.
The Hawks (25-2) will now prepare for their test against
West Orange-Stark (Orange, TX). The Mustangs go into the
3A Region III District 21 test with a 8-16 record. In their last test,
West Orange-Stark walloped
Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX),
61-32, in a league test.
The Longhorns now own a 2-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Silsbee for a
3A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, January 22.
Hamshire-Fannett will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a
102-53 league win over
Bridge City (Bridge City, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 18-4.
