(February 10, 2012: Orinda, CA 94563) The Miramonte Matadors basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Las Lomas Knights to 66 in the Matadors league triumph on Friday.

The Matadors now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Acalanes for a Diablo Foothill contest on Tuesday, February 14. Miramonte will meet a Dons team coming off a 74-47 league win over Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Dons record now stands at 15-9.

Next up, the Knights play the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) in a Diablo Foothill bout, on Thursday, February 16. Las Lomas will attempt to upgrade on its 16-9 season record.
