(December 31, 2011: North Richland Hills, TX 76180) The Heritage Panthers (Colleyville, TX) basketball crushed the host Richland Rebels (North Richland Hills, TX), 59-34 in Saturday's league test.

The Panthers (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Irving (Irving, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region I District 6 test with a 1-15 record. In their last test, Irving was trounced by Northwest (Justin, TX), 53-18, in a non-league test.

The Rebels now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bell for a 5A Region I District 6 test on Tuesday, January 3. Richland will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 61-38 league loss to MacArthur (Irving, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 14-6.
