Michigan High School Basketball - Lutheran Northwest nudges Shrine Catholic
(December 8, 2011: Rochester Hills, MI 48309) In Thursday's non-league outing, the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) basketball squad edged the visiting Shrine Catholic Knights (Royal Oak, MI), by a margin of 64-58.
The Crusaders (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Clarenceville was tipped by Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI), 93-59, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Oakland Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16. Shrine Catholic will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Lutheran North (Macomb, MI). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.
