Washington High School Basketball - Kennewick crushes Southridge
(February 3, 2012: Kennewick, WA 99336) Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Southridge Suns (Kennewick, WA), 46-22 in a league bout.
With the win, Kennewick upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Lions travel to Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA) to face the Wildcats in a 3A Big Nine game on Saturday, February 4. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 12-5. Eastmont won 61-43 in their recent league game against West Valley (Yakima, WA)
With the defeat, Southridge moves to 4-15 on the year. The Suns travel to West Valley (Yakima, WA) to face the Rams in a 3A Big Nine game on Saturday, February 4. The Rams enter the game with a record of 10-8. West Valley lost 61-43 in their recent league game against Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA)
