Washington High School Basketball - Port Townsend nips North Mason
(February 3, 2009: Port Townsend, WA 98368) Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Port Townsend Redskins (Port Townsend, WA) and the visiting North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA), witnessed Port Townsend's basketball squad tip North Mason by a margin of 41-39.
The Redskins (15-2) will now prepare for their test against Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Eagles go into the 2A/3A Olympic test with a 6-10 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kingston for a 2A/3A Olympic test on Friday, February 6. North Mason will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 61-45 league loss to North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-15.
