(October 5, 2007: Lexington, KY 40505) Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) fans left the game content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY), 34-14 in a league battle.

The Defenders now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Clay for a non-league battle on Friday, October 12. Bryan Station will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 55-6 league win over Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-1.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) in a 5A District 6 battle, on Friday, October 19. Montgomery County will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record.
