The Calvary Warriors won their 12th game of the season and guaranteed themselves a .500 season with a 9-7 victory at home against Hernando Christian Academy. The Warriors were led by a big 6 run fourth inning in which Senior SS Ross Mistretta hit a 3 run triple to right center. Then in the fourth, PH Jordan Ankrom also tripled to right center on his first at bat of the season to drive home another run. Aaron Watson was usual reliable self in posting another complete game with 7 strikeouts in earning his 6th victory of the season. The Warriors close out the 2009 regular season on Wednesday against Oldsmar Christian.
