California High School Basketball - Jesuit overwhelms Johnson

(December 26, 2008: Sacramento, CA 95820) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jesuit Marauders (Carmichael, CA) and the host Johnson Warriors (Sacramento, CA), saw Jesuit's basketball squad trounce Johnson by a count of 79-58.

With the victory, Jesuit upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Wood (Vacaville, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 27. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Wood won 66-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Encina (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Hogan Spartans (Vallejo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 5. Johnson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 49-43 non-league loss to Washington (Fremont, CA).
