(October 14, 2008: Greenville, NC 27858) The Rose Rampants volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Conley Vikings to 1 in the Rampants non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Rampants now possess a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chapel Hill for a non-league game on Saturday, October 18. Rose will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Jordan (Durham, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 9-9.
The Vikings (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The enter the non-league game with a 18-4 record. In their last game, Hoggard defeated New Hanover (Wilmington, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
