Over the past three years, MaxPreps has been honoring the nation's elite high school basketball programs alongside the National Guard. This year we honor 20 of the country’s most effective basketball programs. The fourth year begins by honoring the Bollingbrook girls in Illinois, and by April 2010 MaxPreps and the National Guard will have visited 20 champions across the United States.
