The Chargers won their first Sierra League game over the Ayala Bulldogs, 6-4, Thursday. CIF re-leagued and placed the Chargers into the Sierra League. Sophomore lefty Jon Reid picked up his second varsity victory going five innings and allowed four hits. Junior Oscar Montenegro came in to relieve Reid and picked up his first save. Senior Ryan Picano was 2 for 3, with a sacrafice fly and four RBIs. Freshman Kory Brown was 3 for 4, including a double and an RBI, while Nohlan Hernandez was 2 for 4 with two runs scored.
