The Collinsville Cardinals the host Bishop Kelley Comets baseball team by a count of 7-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they host Cascia Hall for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 5. Collinsville will face a Commandos team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over East Central (Tulsa, OK). The Commandos record now stands at 13-8.

Collinsville defeated Bishop Kelley 7-2 as the Cardinals scored 3 runs in the first inning and never looked back. Bishop Kelley tried to rally during the middle innings, but the Cards added two insurance runs in the seventh inning as they coasted to victory.
