The Redlands Terriers nudged the visiting Redlands East Valley Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 5-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Terriers now hold a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they host Yucaipa for a Citrus Belt bout on Saturday, March 31. Redlands will face a Thunderbirds team coming off a 3-2 league win over Fontana (Fontana, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 8-4.
Next, the Wildcats face the Eisenhower Eagles (Rialto, CA) in a Citrus Belt bout, on Friday, March 30. Redlands East Valley will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-10 record after their 6-3 league loss to Miller (Fontana, CA).
The Terriers and Wildcats battled it out for 7 tough innings. Sean Smith was 2 for 3 and Darryl Miller had 2 RBI's to lead the Terriers.
