Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Southeastern Jungaleers (Detroit, MI) and the host University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs (Detroit, MI), saw Southeastern's basketball squad hold off University of Detroit Jesuit by a score of 66-62.
With the victory, Southeastern improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Jungaleers host King (Detroit, MI) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 8. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. King lost 56-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Renaissance (Detroit, MI)
Next up, the Cubs battle the Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 10. University of Detroit Jesuit will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 13-7 record after their 84-58 non-league win over Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI).
