Colorado High School Basketball - Widefield falls to Sierra

The Sierra Stallions basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Widefield Gladiators to 32 in the Stallions league triumph on Thursday.

The Stallions now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Discovery Canyon for a 4A Colorado Springs Metro contest on Saturday, January 29. Sierra will meet a Thunder team coming off a 77-42 league win over Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 5-11.

The Gladiators (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets enter the 4A Colorado Springs Metro contest with a 3-11 record.
