The Iroquois Chiefs basketball team lost Friday's home conference game against Williamsville East by a score of 86-55.
Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY) and the host Iroquois Chiefs (Elma, NY), saw Williamsville East's basketball squad trounce Iroquois by a count of 86-55.
With the victory, Williamsville East upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Flames travel to Hamburg (Hamburg, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a Section 6 Erie County II challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Hamburg won 62-58 in their recent league challenge against Williamsville South (Williamsville, NY)
Next up, the Chiefs battle the Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County II battle, on Tuesday, January 10. Iroquois will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 69-54 non-league loss to Dunkirk (Dunkirk, NY).
The Williamsville East Flames basketball team won Friday's away conference game against Iroquois by a score of 86-55.
