The Paramount Pirates basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Whittier Christian Heralds to 55 in the Pirates non-league victory on Monday.
The Pirates now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 7. Paramount will meet a Timberwolves team coming off a 47-40 non-league win over Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-0.
The Heralds (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Northwood beat La Quinta (Westminster, CA), 46-33, in a non-league contest.
