Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Central Cobras (Fort Pierce, FL) and the host Centennial Eagles (Port St. Lucie, FL), saw Central's basketball squad hold off Centennial by a tally of 65-61.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Cobras travel to Port St. Lucie (Port St. Lucie, FL) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 5-16. Port St. Lucie lost 55-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, FL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Lincoln Park Greyhounds (Fort Pierce, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record.
