In Friday's non-league outing, the Darrington Loggers (Darrington, WA) basketball squad nipped the host Neah Bay Red Devils (Neah Bay, WA), by a margin of 70-65.
The Loggers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Clallam Bay (Clallam Bay, WA). The Bruins go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Clallam Bay was tipped by Taholah (Taholah, WA), 84-42, in a non-league outing.

Neah Bay up 33-31 went 0-11 from the field to open the second half. Sean scored the first points of the 2nd half around the 4: 00-minute mark and yet only trailed by three after three.
Neah Bay led 59-57 with 0:19 to go in the game. Darrington fouled on the inbounds play sending Neah Bay to the line for a one and one at 0:17. The free throw was missed, Darrington time out. Darrington got the ball to mid-count when Neah Bay got a steal but missed a layin at 0:09. Darrington rebounded and was fouled at the 0:03 mark. (Cameron fouled out)
