Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) and the host Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC), saw KIPP College Prep's basketball squad overcome Model Secondary School for the Deaf by a tally of 76-58.
With the victory, KIPP College Prep improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Richard Wright Public Charter School (Washington, DC) to confront the Spartans in a PSCAADC challenge on Tuesday, January 15. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Richard Wright Public Charter School lost 55-20 in their recent league challenge against Paul Public Charter International (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Eagles confront the California School for the Deaf Eagles (Fremont, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 17. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
