The Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Washington International Red Devils to 36 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spencerville Adventist Academy for a Potomac Valley contest on Thursday, February 14. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will battle a Hornets team coming off a 46-41 league win over Field (Washington, DC). The Hornets record now stands at 6-18.
The Red Devils (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Field (Washington, DC). The Falcons enter the Potomac Valley contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Field was routed by Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD), 46-41, in a league contest.
