The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) and the host Jesuit Marauders (Carmichael, CA), saw Homestead's volleyball squad beat Jesuit by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Homestead upgrades its record to 19-6 on the year. The Mustangs travel to St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 15-7. St. Ignatius won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pacific Collegiate (Santa Cruz, CA)
The Marauders now own a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Vista del Lago for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 24. Jesuit will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-13.
