Jackson Generals (Miami, FL) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they observed their football squad get by the visiting Norland Vikings (Miami, FL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Generals now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hallandale for a 4A District 16 challenge on Friday, October 13. Jackson will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 34-6 league loss to Fort Lauderdale (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Chargers record now stands at 0-6.
With the defeat, Norland moves to 1-5 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Carol City (Miami, FL) to battle the Chiefs in a 6A District 12 battle on Friday, October 20. The Chiefs come into the battle with a record of 2-6. Carol City won 13-6 in their recent league battle against North Miami (North Miami, FL)
