The Elida Bulldogs football team (Elida, OH), was beaten 44-20 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Kenton Wildcats (Kenton, OH)

The Wildcats (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bath (Lima, OH). The Wildcats come into the Western Buckeye challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Bath was beaten by Shawnee (Lima, OH), 42-0, in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Ottawa-Glandorf for a Western Buckeye challenge on Friday, October 2. Elida will meet a Titans team coming off a 40-15 league win over Wapakoneta (Wapakoneta, OH). The Titans record now stands at 4-1.
