The Franklin Quakers football squad scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Cleveland Eagles to 14 in the Quakers league victory on Friday.

The Quakers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rainier Beach (Seattle, WA). The Vikings come into the 3A Metro - Sound challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Rainier Beach was beaten by Seattle Prep (Seattle, WA), 48-20, in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Blanchet for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 22. Cleveland will meet a Braves team coming off a 28-14 league loss to Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, WA). The Braves record now stands at 2-5.
