The Geneva County Bulldogs (Hartford, AL) football routed the host McKenzie Tigers (McKenzie, AL), 48-13 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Providence Christian Eagles (Dothan, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 28. Geneva County will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 31-24 league loss to Long (Skipperville, AL).

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL). The Bears go into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Cottonwood was overwhelmed by Wicksburg (Newton, AL), 13-6, in a league battle.
