The Ripley Vikings football team won Friday's home conference game against South Charleston by a score of 7-6.
The Ripley Vikings football squad scored 7 points and restricted the visiting South Charleston Black Eagles to 6 in the Vikings league victory on Friday.
The Vikings now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ravenswood for a non-league battle on Friday, November 2.
Coming up next, the Black Eagles play the Parkersburg Big Reds (Parkersburg, WV) in a Mountain State battle, on Friday, October 26. South Charleston will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Big Reds enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 30-22 league loss to Wilson (Beckley, WV).
