The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY) and the host Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY), observed Scott County's football squad defeat Pulaski County by a count of 48-19.
The Cardinals now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Highlands for a non-league contest on Friday, September 2. Scott County will encounter a Bluebirds squad coming off a 24-21 non-league loss to Campbell County (Alexandria, KY). The Bluebirds record now stands at 1-1.
