The Texas School for the Deaf Rangers basketball team (Austin, TX), was toppled 21-9 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN)
The Deaf Hoosiers now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maryland School for the Deaf for a non-league contest on Friday, January 14. Indiana School for the Deaf will meet a Orioles team coming off a 53-51 non-league loss to Heritage Academy (Hagerstown, MD). The Orioles record now stands at 4-6.
The Rangers (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart (Hallettsville, TX). The Indians enter the TAPPS 3A District 6 contest with a 3-6 record.
