The Central Valley Bears basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Richland Bombers to 32 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Central for a 3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Tuesday, January 3. Central Valley will meet a Indians team coming off a 58-32 league loss to Mead (Spokane, WA). The Indians record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, Richland moves to 2-4 on the year. The Bombers travel to Kennewick (Kennewick, WA) to confront the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, December 29. The Lions enter the match with a record of 3-3. Kennewick lost 58-41 in their recent non-league match against Hermiston (Hermiston, OR)
