The Wabash Apaches girls basketball team won Saturday's home conference game against Whitko by a score of 64-44.
In Saturday's league outing, the Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) basketball squad beat the visiting Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN), by a count of 64-44.
The Apaches (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN). The Braves go into the non-league outing with a 3-16 record. In their last outing, Maconaquah was topped by Western (Russiaville, IN), 92-42, in a league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 8-12 record. They take the field next when they host Triton for a non-league outing on Wednesday, February 1. Whitko will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 42-24 league win over Jimtown (Elkhart, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 14-5.
