Washington High School Basketball - Skyline tops Issaquah

January 20, 2017: Issaquah, WA 98027

Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA), 62-54 in a league bout.

With the victory, Skyline upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Spartans host Bothell (Bothell, WA) to play the Cougars in a 4A KingCo bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 14-2. Bothell lost 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Mount Si Wildcats (Snoqualmie, WA) in a 4A KingCo bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Issaquah will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 61-40 league loss to Bothell (Bothell, WA).
