With the loss, Chiles drops to 0-2 on the season. The Timberwolves host Fletcher (Neptune Beach, FL) to encounter the Senators in a non-league match on Thursday, January 4. The Senators come into the match with a record of 0-0.
This one is “over the top” as 3 of our 4 goals and both of Chiles’s are sent over keepers’ head for scores. Annabella takes Camdyn’s pass to sail the first one into the net from the top of the 18 with thirteen minutes played. The T-wolves soon get one by sending the ball over Maggie Hayes from the corner of the 18, and 6 minutes pass when Isabel takes in Serafina’s ball to dribble into the box and pull their keeper off her line and past her to notch No. 2. Paige then rolls one to Annabella, who plonks in over their keeper for her second, and we lead 3-1 at the break.
Chiles adds their second score in the 55th minute–again overtopping Maggie-Hayes from 25 yards out–but Jenna sends a final one atop their keeper from 23 yards out to polish it off with 16 minutes to go. We also put a shine to another undefeated 6-0 run through District opponents.
