The Dysart Demons soccer team scored 5 points and limited the host Moon Valley Rockets to 0 in the Demons non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Demons face the Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 6. Dysart will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ).

Aliyah Fairrow started the scoring for Dysart stealing the ball from her right wing position and beating 3 defenders. The goalie was quick off her line but Aliyah calmly chipped the ball over her for her first goal of the season. Drex Thomas scored the second for the Dysrat collecting a pass from Savi Shaffer she raced past the defense and slotted the ball into the bottom left corner. Aliyah Finished the first half scoring with a great shot from the top of the 18 for her second goal of the game. Defender Amber Guiza and Edith Resendiez worked hard for Dysart limiting Moon Valley to just 2 shots on goal in the first half. In the second half Sarah Miladin found wing Raquel Cardiel out wide with a brillant pass. Raquel took the ball out of the air beat her defender and slammed the ball into the top of the net for her first goal of the season. Dreax Thomas later laid off a great ball to Savi Shaffer who turned and fired from outside the 18 into the bottom left for the final goal.
