The The Nueva School Mavericks soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears to 2 in the Mavericks league victory on Wednesday.

Next, the Mavericks face the Downtown College Prep - ALUM ROCK Lobos (San Jose, CA) in a PSAL (Winter) contest, on Friday, February 9. The Nueva School will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Lobos enter the contest with a 3-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Design Tech (Redwood City, CA).
