National Cathedral (Washington, DC) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Washington Christian Academy (Olney, MD), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the clash with the Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 25. National Cathedral will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Red Devils come into the match with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over McLean (McLean, VA).
With the loss, Washington Christian Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The travel to Model School for the Deaf (Washington, DC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 28. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 9-6. Model School for the Deaf lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Washington International (Washington, DC)
