The California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs volleyball team won Saturday's home non-conference match against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf by a score of 3-0.
In Saturday's non-league contest, the California School for the Deaf Cubs (Riverside, CA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Phoenix, AZ), by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, California School for the Deaf upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Cubs travel to Lutheran (La Verne, CA) to face the Trojans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 27. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Lutheran lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA)
The Roadrunners now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Joy Christian for a V Section III outing on Tuesday, September 27.
