The SCSDB Lady Hornets easily defeated NCSD in games 1, 3 and 5 of the match. On the 2nd and 4th game of the match, I told the players not to spike and use underarm service. Also, our 2nd team played the 2nd and 4th games. They worked hard and were learning to move well but they did not win the 2nd game of the match. I am proud of the girls for listening to what the coach’s ask them to do. Kia Smith broke the school record with 13 kills in one game with 4 errors (76.5%). Old record is 11 kills in 2008.
