Congratulations to Alexis Romero for being selected as Player of the Week. They say defense wins championships and Alexis is playing a high level of defense. She has been a huge spark in stopping the best player on both teams. Her stats might not be highly impressive but when you see her play, you understand why she is such a valualble member of the team. She scored 15 pts which included 5 for 5 from the line. She grabbed 9 rebs. and played superb defense. She was a great leader on and off the floor.
