Player of the Week
Led a strong defensive effort in Beech's 17-7 victory over Portland. He had 10 tackles (8 solo) with a sack and two tackles for losses.
Hunter Stewart led the Bucs with 15 tackles (13 solo) and one toudchdown saving tackle as Beech lost to Henry County 37-17.
Hurd scored the game's first TD, a 16 yard reception from Lincoln Kenitzer. He finished with 2 catches for 55 yards and had 15 carries for 126 yards.
Jalen led the Bucs to a 40-35 come from behind victory over Cookeville with 385 all purpose yards. He scored 5 touchdowns while rushing for 197 yards on 14 carries (3 TDs) and catching 3 passes for 78 yards (TD). He also returned a kick-off 95 yards fot a touchdown.
In a tough loss to Mt. Juliet, Dametris had 6 tackles (4 solo and one for a loss).
Zack led the Bucs defense with 6 tackles (5 solo)in a 27-16 victory over previously undefeated White House.
Marquis had six tackles, two for a loss, in a tough defensive battle with cross town rival Hendersonville.
Caleb McClanahan and the Beech "O" line led the charge as the Bucs beat Wilson Central 36-0. Caleb provided plenty of running room for Jalen Hurd who gained 166 yards on 16 carries.
Dorian Carter rushed for two touchdowns to lead the Bucs to a 34-7 victory over Lebanon. He had 85 yards rushing on 6 carries for the game.
Taylor Peoples had a career night in a tough 24-22 loss to Gallatin. He had 6 catches for 105 yards.
